Dr. Paul McKinley and Dr. Lucy Pun provide family medicine for all ages — allergies, colds, hypertension, chronic disease, well-child visits, and mental well-being — with the same doctor who already knows your history. Direct Primary Care is a membership model: you pay your Huntington Beach doctor directly instead of billing insurance for visits. Membership covers unlimited office visits, telehealth, annual exams, and text, call, or email access to your provider.

18800 Delaware Street, Suite 800, Huntington Beach, CA 92648. Phone 714-916-5210. Hours are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 9:00 AM–5:00 PM and Tuesday and Thursday 8:00 AM–4:00 PM. Members can reach their doctor after hours.
Do I still need insurance?
No, we do not require it for membership. We recommend a high-deductible or catastrophic plan for hospital or specialist care. Many members also use a health sharing ministry.
Can I get a same-day appointment in Huntington Beach?
Yes. Same-day and next-day appointments are the standard for members, not the exception.
Does the Huntington Beach clinic see children?
Yes. Elevated Health sees patients of all ages. Dr. Lucy Pun has a special interest in women’s health and pediatrics; her panel is currently full and on a waitlist.
